Reclaim considers meetings booked via Scheduling Links as the most important event on your calendar and will prioritize these before any other event. The priority level of your Scheduling Links determines how much availability the link will show invitees booking a meeting.
For example:
You can edit the priority level for your Scheduling Links by clicking on the ‘bar’ icon in the top right corner of your individual links, or by setting the priority in the edits page of existing or new Scheduling Links.
<aside> 💡 Meetings booked via Scheduling Links will never be overbooked by another Reclaim smart event (such as Habits, Tasks, Smart 1:1s, or other Scheduling Links) – even if those are marked as P1 events. If you send a P1 link to someone, and already have a P4 Scheduling Link meeting on the calendar – that P1 link won’t show your meeting as available time.
