Calculating your results:

Here's how to calculate your results using this time audit template:

  1. Sum time spent in each category: For each day, add up the minutes/hours spent in each activity category (taskwork, meetings, emails, etc.).
  2. Calculate daily totals: Add up the total time spent on all individual activities each day.
  3. Calculate weekly totals: Add up the daily totals for each activity category across the week.
  4. Analyze and reflect: Identify patterns, time-consuming activities, and areas for improvement based on the percentages and comparisons across categories and days.

Of course, manually calculating your time audit results can be rather tedious. Luckily, tools like Reclaim.ai's free time tracking app automate this process weekly, saving you valuable time.
